Our policy on importing price lists is: We supply the tool to import the price lists and are willing to assist our users in learning how to use that tool.  The BrokerForce™ Catalog_Excel import mapping tool is designed to reinforce your independence as an independent agent. 

 

We have, on occasion, imported price lists as a gratis service.  If we were to commit to do this for all price lists for all clients without charge, it would overwhelm resources much greater than our own.  If you would like for us to fix a marginal list, our minimum charge for this service is $50 and $50/hr beyond the first hour. 

If you are having difficulty importing a price list, you are welcome to enlist our support by forwarding a copy of it to us so that we can better understand what the issues for importing the list might be.

 

Please read the How to supply Price Lists FAQ and forward a copy of it to your manufacturers to enlist their cooperation in supplying appropriate information so that you can make more sales for them.

When the price list has been imported successfully by one rep group, we encourage you to share it  with others or to have your manufacturers contact us directly.
