How Do I Copy Contacts from Microsoft Outlook™ into BrokerForce™?
In Outlook, find a customer contact that is not in BrokerForce™ and verify that the company name is included for that contact
Double-click on the contact record of that customer
In the lower right, click on the <Categories> button
If the category "BrokerForce™ Customer" is not available, you must add it to your category master list.
Place a check in the "BrokerForce™ Customer" category and save your change.
When you next click the <Refresh Outlook> button in BrokerForce™, you will be prompted to let BrokerForce™ add that contact
