BrokerForce™ & AOL E-mail Services
I Use AOL or AIM Mail and I Can Not Send To or Receive E-mail From Support@BrokerForce.com.
Symptom
When you send e-mail to support@brokerforce.com you receive a return message (NDR or Non Delivery Report) from MAILER-DAEMON@aol.com that the email was undeliverable:
This is due to improperly configured Anti-Spam rules on AOL servers. You do not have control or the ability to change your own preferences. AOL is blocking e-mail both To and From BrokerForce as well as many other businesses without your knowledge and without proper notice to you that they did not allow you to receive the email. Their tech support agents are not efficiently trained to answer your questions regarding this topic.
Resolution
Many Internet companies offer free email services that are compatible with business transactions and allow you to control your email preferences accordingly (you have more choice over who to receive or not receive from).
